When I heard dry aged sushi, I thought I was about to walk into something truly remarkable. I trying the dry aged tuna and salmon and..I was not as impressed. I get that it wasnβt the absolute best fatty pieces, but it wasnβt nearly as tender as I was expecting. Maybe the other dry aged sushi was a better introduction to it.

Yeah, you heard that right dry-aged sushi. When I first heard about it, it completely blew my mind, and I can guarantee you that if you are a sushi or sashimi lover, you are absolutely going to fall in love with this style. The dry-aging process completely transforms the fish, concentrating the natural fats and breaking down the proteins to give every single bite an incredibly rich, buttery texture and a much deeper, cleaner flavor than traditional sushi. If itβs your first time trying dry-aged fish, I highly recommend ordering their samplers and focusing on the different types of tuna. Comparing the different cuts of aged tuna is the perfect introduction to just how much this technique elevates the flavor profile. Beyond the food, they have a fantastic, playful cocktail menu filled with whimsical drinks that pair perfectly with the meal. It is an elevated but totally fun dining experience. I will absolutely be back for more of those whimsical cocktails and another round of that incredible dry-aged sushi!

We were checking out a spot nearby and had time left on our meter. Stopped in for a cocktail, maki roll, and half dozen oysters. We had very nice bartender and the oysters were some of the best weβve had. Happy hour menu and cocktails to choose from. I would definitely come back for the oysters alone. Great sushi great cocktails.

Came here for lunch and was impressed with the quality and service. We tried their premium lunch omakase which came with 12 pieces of nigiri and a toro hand roll. All pieces were super fresh and had their own flavor profile with a unique topping. The green tea was also super good!!

Only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because theyβre doing construction currently for the counter side and we did lunch Omakase! The food was delicious and it was a wait because it was busy and the server gave us complimentary Edamame. We also drank espresso martinis which were decent and the waiter David was AMAZING!! My girlfriend loved the music playing (Mumford and Sons) and sometimes they play r&b at night. Will come back again. Good vibe and food!
